The Villa

The main house has 1,100 sq mt on three floors and has been restored over the years respecting the traditional architectural values. The 350m above sea level and its orientation to the south, in addition to its impressive stonewalls provide a balanced temperature throughout the year. To provide extra comfort, the house has several fireplaces and central heating in all rooms.

Mas Berenguer has spacious rooms, making the house the best place to stay with family and friends. The house has four warm sitting rooms, office, games room (billiards, table tennis, etcetera), a dining room, 14 rooms with capacity for 33 people. The interior design includes period furniture (English and Catalan), consequence of the years' history, giving Mas Berenguer a distinctly classic style, complemented with the best modern comforts.

Attached to the house is located the pavilion, a glazed lounge overlooking the garden, a place for gathering, reading or having a good time.

Mas Berenguer has a garden of over 7,000 sq m with swimming pool, changing rooms and toilets, paddle tennis court, veranda with barbecue for outdoor dinning and some other corners at the garden where having a walk.
